How do the people who receive our services feel about what they get?

In a survey recently conducted by the City of Virginia Beach asking its residents about the recycling services they’re provided and how they use them, 4706 of 5408 respondents, or 87% said they want the same curbside recycling service provided by TFC Recycling that they have now, even if the city increased the fees they charge.
